INSTALLATION, SURVEY AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS
The Fall Protection System - SPQ is intended to eliminate the risk of workers falling or to minimize the consequences of a fall. The anchoring system is defined as a set of components, part of an individual fall protection system - SPIQ, which incorporates one or more anchor points, to which Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) against falls can be attached, directly or through another component, and designed to withstand the applicable forces. Safety Point is an expert in the design, implementation, inspection and inspection of these anchoring systems. In all of our services, we issue the Technical Responsibility Note - ART, including for courses and training.

ANCHORAGE DEVICE INSTALLATION

Safety Point installs anchor points in accordance with Ordinances No. 318 and No. 1,113 of Regulatory Standards NR 18 and NR 35 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and NBR 16325-1 Protection against falls from heights - Part 1 of ABNT. In buildings with slabs or metallic structures. We issue the ART before the anchoring system installation services begin. We develop technical projects (Plant As Built), carry out extraction tests on all anchor points, issuing reports and a technical notebook with quality certificates, environmental declarations and traceability of all products and materials. OUR DIFFERENTIAL After one year of installing the anchoring system, the first periodic inspection of the anchoring points is free, this is our public commitment registered with a notary and guaranteed in the contract. We do not just use a single model of anchoring device, we have several models of anchoring points to meet the most varied requirements of the anchoring system project.

LIFELINE INSTALLATION

The installation of a horizontal lifeline or a vertical lifeline is part of the anchorage system against fall risk, and is provided for in Ordinance No. 1,113 of Regulatory Standard NR 35 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and in NBR 16325-2 Protection against falls from heights - Part 2 of the ABNT. The lifeline is a permanent fall protection system, Safety Point has experience in installing lifelines in structures with metal tiles and vertical ladders (sailor's ladders), at the end of the service we provide the technical notebook with ART, the report, calculation memory and quality certificates, environmental declarations and traceability of all products and materials. OUR DIFFERENTIAL Safety Point designs and installs a wide variety of anchoring devices for all metal tile profiles, whether Corrugated Tile, Trapezoidal Tile, Curved Tile, Zipped Tile and Sandwich Tile, thus making the lifeline system safer and more effective .

PERIODIC SURVEY AND INSPECTION OF THE ANCHORAGE SYSTEM

As provided for in Ordinance No. 1,113 of Regulatory Standard NR 35 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and in NBR 16325 Protection against falls from heights of ABNT, the anchoring system must undergo a periodic inspection within a period not exceeding 12 months. Safety Point carries out this periodic inspection service with certified dynamometers in laboratories accredited by Inmetro. We issue the technical notebook with the static extraction report and verification certificate for all equipment. OUR DIFFERENTIAL We issue the Technical Responsibility Note – ART before carrying out the periodic inspection service. In addition to static extraction tests, we also carry out deformation analysis of all anchoring devices.

SURVEY AND INSPECTION OF HELIPOINT AND HELIDECK HOLES

Burics are devices installed on the surface of helipads and helidecks intended for mooring helicopters, using straps. The set of buricas/peias must support the loads of the largest helicopter operating at the site. Safety Point carries out the inspection and inspection of the buricas with the issuance of the Resistance Certificate recognized by the National Civil Aviation Agency - ANAC and the Directorate of Ports and Coasts - DPC. OUR DIFFERENTIAL We issue the Technical Responsibility Note – ART before carrying out the survey and inspection service and the Technical Responsibility Term – TRT after carrying out the services. In addition to static extraction tests, we also carried out deformation analysis of all burics.

ANCHORAGE INSTALLATION FOR ELEVATORS WITHOUT MACHINE ROOM

Safety Point installs anchor points for elevators as provided for in NBR 16042 Electric passenger elevators — Safety requirements for the construction and installation of elevators without ABNT machine rooms. Anchor points must be conveniently positioned in machinery spaces to allow heavy equipment to be lifted. We indicate the maximum permissible load in kilograms at the lifting points with an identification plate. We have experience in installing the elevator anchoring system. OUR DIFFERENTIAL We issue the Technical Responsibility Note – ART for the installation. Aiming at safety and quality of services, we carry out the Static Extraction Test on all installed Anchoring Devices. In 2010, our technicians carried out the first installation of this type of anchoring in Brazil without the use of traditional rebar in the city of Niterói/RJ.
